Caleb Aluya is an Associate at Stark Legal and a member of the Firm’s dispute resolution team. Caleb has experience in Dispute Resolution, Maritime Forfeiture Proceedings, Energy Law, Property Transactions, Aviation Law, and Cyber Security Governance. He has advised clients in diverse areas of law and represented them in all cadres of Courts across Nigeria. He has also been involved in corporate commercial transactions including negotiating and drafting project documentation, conducting legal due diligence.

His areas of focus include: Cyber Security, Debt Recovery, Maritime Forfeiture, Aviation/Resolution of disputes relating to Air Carriage, Property Transactions, negotiating and drafting of transaction/project documents, conducting legal due diligence exercise and advising on legislative and regulatory matters.

Caleb possesses excellent advocacy skills and is highly creative with a strong inclination to research. As part of his professional pursuits, he is a member of several professional institutions including: the Nigerian Bar Association, International Law Association, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria, Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration and International Association of Real Estate Professionals. Complementing his Professional interest is his passion for Community Service. This informed his membership of the Rotary International.
